04/01/09 *Month of Playstation REDUX!!*

Well this is it, my first and probably biggest, project of the year. I wanted to go back and do the playstation stuff again but I wanted to start a fresh, so I have!

I am being a little more cleaver so far, managing my time better and making a crap load of footage for various games as I type this which is great. So far I have one complete review and three awaiting voice overs essentially. I am hoping by Tuesday that I will have five maybe even ten reviews finished and yes I do men proper reviews, remember I am managing my time more effectly now! :)

That said reviewing longer to play games under this format like RPG's for example might be trouble so if I do pull out an RPG, it's probably going to be one I have beaten before and I won't go in to 'to much' detail as it would require way to much time to record and play though slowing down the whole process. Well that's it, see ya! :)

21/12/08 *Saturn Bomberman Review*

This is the first of two Saturn Bomberman reviews that I will be doing. Not sure when the review for Bomberman Fight! will be produced but it will be some time soon.

Spent more time making this review than I did with the Cardinal Syn review purely based on the fact that I actually like this game, in fact it's one of my all time favorites.

That said this may be the last update till after Xmas so if I don't post sooner, have a good holiday and don't forget to check back at this site in the new year.

Now off to play some more arcade games, laters!

18/12/08 *Cardinal Syn Review*

Oh dear! Yes I am back to my old tricks again review shit that not many people have even herd of or care to remember. This I am lead to believe was Sony's first officially developed game for their own video game system, the Sony Playstation.

It's a one vs one fighting game but with a 3D free roaming arena twist with a couple of dashes of Mortal KOmbat thrown in for good messure, it did not turn out so well for Sony.

This review is just a generic review because it's not up to my normal standards. In fact the footage has been recycled from matches that me, my brother and our friend Mr. Marnold had on this game before for Arcade Foo, I just edited it. Still I feel it still shows off the game pretty well...

12/12/08 *Pilot Episode!*

OK so even though I am actually quite ill I managed to scrape together enough painkillers and motivation to put out this new video called (unoriginally) 'The Wave Six Show'. This is the pilot and yes the next one will have retro related stuff in it.

Since the whole "New Xbox Experience" we (the Xbox Live users) have literally been swamped with new releases every single day be it from the professional sources or indie offerings. This is obviously good news but I have to say for every good game out there there is probably at least two bad ones but hey at least I get to play 'em now right?

Anyway, yeah I still have Acute Tonsillitis but it's getting better so you might see more videos this year from me. Unless it flares up again or I get to addicted to Red Alert 3 and The Last Remnant heh, laters!

08/12/08 AT for Answer

Bah! Just when I thought I was going to be on a creative roll this shit happens to me. Yeah it's true, not only do I have Armored Core For Answer but I also have Acute Tonsillitis which is a total bummer.

This means there will not be a new video from me in till next year now, yeah I know it sucks but what can I do. That said I have played enough of the new Call of Duty: World at War so I have done a written review which you can read here. OK I know it's not the same as a video but this is the best I can do in my current condition, sorry!

Anyway I hope you guys have a good festive season and I hope to get better soonish. That said this gives me a good chance to play The Last Reminent, AC for Answer and all thos other games I brought recently. I also picked up the new Banjo Kazooie and Red Alret on the Xbox 360 and both are not as bad as I thought they would be which is a bonus I guess. Stay tuned for more details!...

01/12/08 MK vs DC Review!

Well it's that time again folks, another review this time it's a fighting game called MK vs DC universe for the Xbox 360, enjoy!

OK so this is the first time I've used a camcorder in one of my reviews and I reckon it went pretty well considering I had an awful cold, sore throat and just generally feeling like shit.

I don't mean to slam every game I encounter these days, it just kind of happens that way. I will try to be a little bit more positive in my next review and maybe even review a game I enjoyed playing.

Anyway I will catch you guys later, I am off to play some Armored Core: For Answer now so bye!

12/11/08 Too Human Review!

Well I did say I was going to do one this week and so I did. Too Human is the title I'll be looking at this week on the Xbox 360.

The sound quality is a little iffy on this one but it's OK, stupid microphone.

The next review will be a furious flashback, Cardinal Syn to be exact. I basically only brought the game for "LOL's" but after playing it for awhile the game is not that bad. I promise a review will be coming soon-ish.

Oh yeah I also brought the only new thing to come out on Xbox Live Arcade today, the new table for PinballFX. It's Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo themed for the game's upcoming release on Arcade in the next few weeks, awesome!

10/11/08 Website Restart!

OK so I've reset the news page as most of it was old news. I've decided I am going to spend more time updating this site now.

I promised a Mortal Komat Armageddon review but my computer crapped out on me and now I've lost all the review materal I made to use for the review, bummer.

To make up for it I decided to do a quick video about the two things I love most about Gears of War 2. Horde mode and Bots for Multiplayer, sweet!

That said I have the week off from work so I will probably do a review, probably Two Human as I have a lot to say about that game, mainly negative mind you but still... Enjoy the video! :)
